Beaphar Fiprotec: Scratch out fleas for good
2021 – Where there are pets, there are parasites. Fleas and ticks are among the most common and annoying parasites for dogs and cats. Fortunately, Beaphar FIPROtec® offers an effective and easy‑to‑use solution to protect pets against these unwanted critters.

Project Leadership & Creative Direction
We started from scratch, designing new packaging for the entire product range to strengthen brand identity and retail visibility. This redesign was a cornerstone of the campaign, reinforcing Beaphar’s position in the competitive pet care market.

Two‑Phase Campaign Strategy
The campaign was structured in two phases:
- 1Awareness – Launching a humorous and surprising video where a dog enthusiastically fetches everything for his owner, highlighting the theme of scratching and subtly linking to parasite prevention.
- 2Conversion – Driving sales through targeted digital advertising and in‑store activations.

Online Advertising & Digital Marketing
The video was distributed in multiple formats across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, supported by Google Display banners and SEA ads. This multi‑channel approach maximized reach and engagement among pet owners searching for flea and tick treatments.

Retail Activation
Beyond digital, the campaign extended into retail with advertisements, posters, and shelf barkers, all directing consumers to a dedicated landing page. Here, pet lovers could access valuable content, tips, and tricks about parasite prevention.
International Rollout
The campaign successfully launched in both the UK and the Netherlands, strengthening Beaphar’s retail position and brand and product awareness across key European markets.
Credits
This project successfully strengthened Twente’s tourism brand, combining brand strategy, visual identity development, concept creation, destination marketing, and content strategy.
The campaign received positive feedback from visitors, reinforcing Twente’s position as a top destination in the Netherlands and boosting longer stays and tourist spending.
